SaaS Product Delivery Platform — From Prototype to Series A

Built a production-ready B2B SaaS platform from prototype to Series-A launch — including design system, multi-tenant data model, billing, SSO, and a scalable product engineering cadence that the internal team owns today.

  • Design system with 70+ reusable components and dark / light themes
  • Multi-tenant SaaS data model with workspace-level isolation
  • Stripe Billing + usage metering + proration, trials, and tier upgrades
  • SSO via Google, Microsoft, and SAML SSO enterprise plans
  • Role-based access control with scoped permissions per feature
  • Feature flag and experimentation pipeline for controlled rollout
  • Roadmap, delivery cadence, and internal-team handoff model

Flowline AI had a working prototype inside their incubator — a notebook-like product for data teams — but no production platform, no billing, and no way to serve multiple customers on shared infrastructure. They wanted to ship a paid GA in under five months in support of their Series A narrative.

Engineering & Product Cadence

We stood up the platform architecture (multi-tenant data model, design system, billing, SSO) in parallel with product discovery on the core workspace experience. A continuous delivery pipeline with feature flags let us run private betas and iterate based on customer feedback.

Handoff & Internal Ownership

We embedded with Flowline's founding team, hiring and onboarding three engineers during the engagement, and structured everything — from codebase to release process — so the internal team could own the roadmap at GA without us.

Prototype code was single-tenant, had no permissions model, and lacked a stable design language. Investors needed a live paid product before Series A, and Flowline did not yet have a full engineering team. Speed had to come with production-grade foundations.

Production SaaS platform delivered to GA in 4.5 months. We shipped billing (Stripe + usage tiers), multi-tenant model with RBAC, SSO for three providers, and a feature-flag pipeline. We also helped Flowline hire and onboard three core engineers to own the product post-GA.

Flowline reached GA with 32 paying design-partner customers on day one. They closed their $5.4M Series A six weeks later, with investors specifically citing the platform's enterprise readiness and delivery velocity. MRR has since grown 4.2x in six months on the same architecture.

PeerHub felt like an extension of our founding team. They didn't just ship code — they set up the delivery cadence, design system, and release discipline we still use today. Series-A investors specifically called out how enterprise-ready the platform felt at GA.
